Hi all Iam new here, I have had this stamp for over 30 years and have been unable to find any information on it now that I have just recently been trying. If anyone could identify it for me and give me any information on it, I will much appreciate it.

Ronin, what you have is known as a (Title Page, First Afrikaans Paper) It is one of the commemeratives issued of the Inauguration of Afrikaans Language Monument. Only thing is it is worth maybe a quarter.
